Welding & NDT Surveillance
Qualified oversight of welding activities and non-destructive testing at supplier works or site.
Welding is where fabrication quality is won or lost, and where documentation most often fails to match practice. Our surveillance covers both.
Before production we review welding procedure specifications, procedure qualification records, and the qualification status of the individual welders assigned to your work — including whether those qualifications are current and cover the positions and materials actually being welded.
During production we witness non-destructive testing — ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle and dye penetrant — and review the resulting reports rather than accepting a summary. Weld visual inspection is carried out against ISO 5817 or AWS D1.1 acceptance levels as specified.
